Venue: Empress of China, San Francisco

San Francisco is definitely the city where diversity and one's heritage are appreciated. If you're looking for a venue that embraces the Chinese culture, you should definitely have a look at the Empress of China. Located in the heart of Chinatown, this restaurant and banquet facility can take you back into China's extravagant dynasty eras.

Check out the Grand Ballroom where Lisa and Alex chose to have their Chinese banquet.

They chose to have white chair covers and red sashes. The color red in Chinese cultural traditions is associated with happiness, success, and honor.

The beautiful couple!

From the venue to the colors, the lighting, a wonderful couple and their friends and family... and of course the chair covers, here is everything put together.

Gorgeous Bev! I wish I had more of an opportunity to plan Chinese weddings here. It's not in as high of a demand in Vegas!
